Your Guide to Healing

“Hi, I’m Louisa, a BACP-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience.”
Growing up, I learned that expressing how I felt was seen as a weakness. I believed it was better to suffer in silence than to let anyone in. Now, I help others break free from the barriers that keep them silent, offering a safe space where you can explore your emotions and begin your healing journey.

At Sankofa Therapy, I invite you to reclaim the parts of yourself that have been neglected so you can live the life you truly want. I understand that therapy is a process, not a single event, and I’m here to walk alongside you on this path.
