With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with various organizations, delivering short-term and open-ended therapy in diverse settings. As a self-employed counsellor, I continue to offer flexible, client-centred therapy via phone and video, ensuring that help is accessible to all. My roles have included:
Working with Vita, Teladoc Health, Xenzone, and Barnados to provide mental health support to individuals and families.
Supporting individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and historic child abuse through Victim Support.
Assisting non-abusing parents and carers at MOSAC, helping them navigate their children’s trauma successfully.
Offering short-term counselling within the NHS for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, work stress, and other challenges.
